Our team mitigated the problem with the cloud infrastructure provider. We have confirmed that the affected platforms are now back online and we will continue to monitor them.

One of our cloud infrastructure providers are facing an edge case unavailability in the SSL certificate renewal system. As a result, some platforms that use subdomains of "ensinio.com" are inaccessible. We are already following up the incident with the provider and working with priority on measures to mitigate this problem as soon as possible.
